Lesson Cover Coordinator
Join Academics Ltd as a Lesson Cover Coordinator and play a key role in the smooth operation of schools during teacher absences. You will be responsible for ensuring that lesson continuity is maintained by supervising students and following lesson plans. This position offers excellent career progression and flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lesson cover across the school during teacher absences.
- Supervise students and deliver pre-set lesson plans.
- Monitor student behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Communicate with staff and students to ensure lesson transitions run smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
