LSA / ASD TA specialising in challenging behaviour needed for an Estyn rated 'Good' Primary School in Rhoose.This is a part-time role, working every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
This is a two form entry, mainstream primary school with a highly academic ethos. They are looking for an enthusiastic LSA with prior experience or an interest in Primary ASD. The successful candidate will be skilled in de-escalation techniques, ideally Team Teach Trained and have a calm, empathetic manner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career focussed candidate, the school values its staff and often promoted from within.
This is a full time, long term role starting ASAP with permanent contracts on offer from 2024

Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology - desirable
- Team Teach - desirable
- Proven experience working with ALN children - essential
- Successful track record of improving pupil performance
- Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
- Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police check
