What you will be doing:

  • Drive the future of our Salesforce division by identifying the organiation's needs and designing innovative solutions.
  • Define the business and technology architecture, plan project delivery, and supervise the implementation of impactful Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead system design discussions, providing creative and strategic insights that result in long-term solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership on standard methodologies, pioneering new features, and integration opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Stay on top of Salesforce advancements, applying your knowledge to optimise our CRM solutions and user experience.
  • Champion Salesforce's platform perfection, ensuring flawless integrations and developing applications that follow best engineering practices.

Who you will bring:

  • Salesforce Authority: You've mastered Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
  • Problem-Solver: You excel at addressing technical challenges, optimising performance, and providing innovative solutions.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components with a strong understanding of integrations and data architecture.
  • Strategic Problem solver: You can align technical solutions with long-term business goals and build cohesive roadmaps.
  • Mentor & Leader: Ready to guide multi-functional teams, influencing technical direction and advising on standard processes.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience with Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud.

Salary: £100,000 - £110,000
