Manchester, Greater Manchester - All face to face working with groups of up to 25 adult learners - 3 -15 week courses to employed and unemployed adults - flexibility needed to cover other tutors centres around Manchester from time to time/employability skills, functional skills, skills for life and ESOL

Your role as Learning coach will include working with learners with an identified need for extra support to through their ESOL/ Employability/functional skills programmes, ensuring that they are on the right pathway and that they receive effective curriculum support

Your role will involve enrolling new learners onto Programme (Adult Skills Fund provision)

To manage the delivery of the training in line with the plan and in particular:

Regularly and thoroughly review progress against all aspects of the plan with the learner

Deliver training sessions as part of the Adult Skills Programme programme

Take prompt action where the learner falls behind. Monitoring learners within your area of responsibility and provider pastoral support to learners in centre.

Ensure that the learner is accessing and benefiting from delivery that you are not personally undertaking

Facilitate regular caseload reviews of learner's progress and toensure that learners are healthy, safe and supported at work.

Keeping up to date with training and instruction techniques and regulations that will affect the delivery.
