We are partnering with a luxury homeware and interiors store based in West London known for their stunning products sold to retailers and interior designers worldwide. Due to company growth, they are seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Consultant to join their team.

If you have an interest in interiors, an eye for design, and strong administrative skills, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers and provide exceptional service, offering expert advice on furniture and homeware products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, enabling you to provide accurate and informed assistance to customers.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Maintaining a visually appealing showroom.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain customers, fostering strong relationships within the local community.
  • Collaborate with the team to create inspiring product displays.
  • Participate in occasional events, including launches, promotions, and customer appreciation activities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in a retail environment, is advantageous but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for interior design or home interiors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the store and showroom is well-maintained and products are beautifully displayed.

Working Hours This is a permanent, full-time role. The role involves working 5 days per week, with 2 days off. Store opening times Mon-Fri are 9am-6pm and on weekends, this is 10am – 6pm.
