We are currently on the lookout for a Project Architect for our client, a RIBA Chartered Architectural practice located in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to join a hardworking and sociable team of talented individuals. Their recruitment motivation is stemming from the influx of exciting projects within the Commercial sectors, kickstarting and expected in the pipeline.
The most successful Project Architect will be confident managing projects, particularly on site, therefore an individual who is, personable, a great communicator and confident liaison, is the ideal candidate. You will be joining a friendly team of Architects in their centrally based practice, so ideally you will be located within a commutable distance and hold good characteristics too fit in with the team. Our client has a particular focus on leading their projects sustainably, therefore, background knowledge and an interest in this area of architecture would be advantageous.
Our client is receptive in their search, however candidates who have proficiency with Revit software and experience managing projects on site will be of most interest.

**Project Architect
Position Overview
- Run and manage projects independently
- Work alongside internal and external stakeholders
- Manage / mentor more junior members of staff
- Work on all RIBA stages - initially stages 4 and 5
- Prepare tender applications and presentations
- Working on a variety of projects within the Commercial sector
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
- Liaise with clients and develop key relationships

Position Requirements
- ARB Registered
- Relevant Degree Qualified (ARB, RIBA and Part I, II, III)
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Good job-running knowledge and experience is essential
- Proficient with Revit and MicroStation is ideal
- Particularly confident working on project going to tender and site
- Varied Commercial project experience
