Responsibilities
- Running a profitable and well organised lettings department providing an effective, efficient and professional service to customers.
- Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performance and targets set.
- Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales/let's, Landlord procurement and B2B introductions.
- Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.
- Accountability for the general day to day running of department.
- Work in conjunction and collaborate with your Branch Manager to ensure its successful performance.
Role requirements
- Experience as a successful letting agent in a property-based role is required
- Proven track record for hitting and exceeding business KPI's
- Strong Management Skills and ability to manage multiple properties at once.
- Talent in spotting and creating opportunities to expand the business.
- The ability to regulate business to meet regular targets.
- The desire to uphold high professional standards and exceed expectations of customers at every opportunity.
- A valid UK driving license.
- High integrity and an excellent work ethic.
- Somebody who is looking for high rewards for excellent performance.
