An exciting organisation coming out of Wolverhampton have approached Mitchell Adam for assistance in their search for a talented Management Accountant. Due to this acquisition and positive growth, they are now seeking to bring on an experienced Management Accountant work collaboratively with their Senior Finance Manager. This role will include being an integral part of the budgeting and forecasting process and producing comprehensive reports for senior management. There is an option to work in a hybrid working style in this position, alongside flexible start and finish times.

The role will consist of you producing the management accounts for the team, with the assistance of the Assistant Management Accountant who will be able to help with reconciliations and journals.
Skills Required
- To have a strong level of experience being involved with month end responsibilities such as conducting detailed variance analysis. It would be advantageous to be able to prepare and produce monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as annual budgets and monthly management reporting.
- Be actively studying your ACCA/CIMA qualification with a clear drive to complete your studies. As in this role there will be a study support package provided.
- To be confident and charismatic, in this role it is key to be a confident communicator as you will be liaising with key stakeholders regarding complex data and financial queries.
