Permanent – Hybrid (2 days from home)

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 4 pm

Role Overview: The Payroll Administrator ensures accurate and timely in-house payroll processing in line with statutory regulations. Responsibilities include deductions and payments to third parties, accurate data entry, and statistical reporting. The role involves demonstrating company values in all communications and coordinating activities to meet quality standards with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls punctually and accurately, ensuring timely statutory deductions and payments.
  • Thoroughly check payrolls and ad-hoc work before submission, maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain an organized system for tasks, ensuring team coverage and detailed handovers during absences.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, external auditors, and bodies like Pension Advisors, CSA, and local councils.
  • Operate the Time & Attendance system and complete month-end and year-end tasks within deadlines.
  • Provide support and coverage for other key tasks and roles, including ad-hoc project assistance and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
