Our client is seeking a skilled Director of Finance to oversee the financial health of their organisation. You will be responsible for managing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Key Responsibilities as a Finance Director:
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Oversee budgeting
- Financial forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Monitor and analyse financial performance
- Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and external partners
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (essential)
- Experience in cost control, financial services, accounts payable, and financial management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a finance team
- Proficiency in financial accounting, financial planning, and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- 5 years' experience of financial accounting (required)
- Background in Banking (desired)
- Experience of Short-term loans (desired)
