Branch Manager
to lead their team in Hornchurch.
**Responsibilities for this Branch Manager role will include:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Develop and implement a successful business plan for the Brentwood branch.
- Conduct property valuations and secure new listings.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients.
- Manage and develop the branch team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders in the community.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities for the branch.
**Skills & Experience for this Branch Manager role:
- Proven track record of success in a similar Branch Manager role.
- Extensive experience in the estate agency industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Hornchurch property market.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Excellent IT skills and a willingness to learn new software.
Salary & Benefits for this Branch Manager role include;
£25,000 basic, 10% personal amnd 5% office commission. Plus Monthly bonuses and Company holidays for targets hit and 28 days holiday.
