**Key Responsibilities
- Front desk and reception duties, including welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
- Managing meeting room bookings and client appointments
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence
- Providing administrative support across departments
- Document management: scanning, filing, archiving
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining tidy and professional reception areas
- Managing sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting team members across two office locations
**About You
- Friendly and professional with a "can-do" attitude
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, especially in a professional services setting
