At Adaptable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Accounts Administrator to join a growing & reputable company in Liverpool City Centre working in a brilliant office environment.

Package: up to £25,587 - (35 hours)
Holidays: 24 days + bank (increases with service)
Location: Liverpool- Fully Office based for the first 6 months then hybrid working

Main Responsibilities to include:

To co-ordinate the ongoing relationship with brokers and companies by resolving queries and issues relating to corporate schemes.

  • Investigate and resolve broker and company queries by liaising with managers, colleagues, sales team and external customers as appropriate.
  • Provide management reports, including membership lists and claims usage reports, as requested.
  • Ensure company contacts are updated on MediT.
  • Ensure a compliant 'change of broker' process.
  • Resolve corporate queries by liaising with BDMs, Head of Customer Operations and Finance Director.
  • Assist the Corporate Account Team Leader in the implementation of new bespoke schemes/price points.
  • Assist the Corporate Account Team Leader in preparing contracts for new corporate customers, TUPE transfers, Terms of Business Agreements for new Broker Groups.
  • Process bulk renewal force migrations as advised by the Billing & Renewals Team.
  • Assist New Business, DI, and PAT with the efficient on boarding of new business, and processing of customer application forms with amendments to policy level of cover
  • Process Health @ Work policies which includes creating Billing Profiles, Employee Groups and price points.
  • Assist the team in achieving the SLA of 95% of telephone calls answered, 80% of which to be answered within 20 seconds.
  • Fulfil any additional duties assigned by the Corporate Account Team Leader to meet the needs of the business.

  • Attention to detail.
  • Assistance with the completion of plan builds for new bespoke plans.
  • Assistance with the speed and quality of on boarding new bespoke plans.
  • Quality and accuracy of handling queries - telephony, e-mail, written correspondence.
  • Initiative in resolving issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Knowledge of all company products.
