As Building Manager for a well-established commercial property management company, you'll keep things ticking along on-site at these gorgeously refurbished, fully-equipped office buildings, with roof terrace and landscaped areas, car parking on site, and just a short walk from the train station.

Salary up to £35,000 depending on your skills and experience.

In this role, you will be a first point of call for clients, responding to service requirements and logging all maintenance queries via the database.

You'll also oversee work carried out by contractors on-site. You will be conducting daily checks of the building, undertaking utility readings and fire safety checks.

You will assist with the management of the cleaning and security staff and work closely with the front of house staff.

To be suitable for this role you must have an IOSH qualification (or even better NEBOSH) and similar experience working in a commercial building, estate or mixed-use scheme/property portfolio.
