Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Credit Controller to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth, our client is looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their team, working closely with the Finance team to ensure the timely and accurate administration of unpaid invoices.
The role will require liaising with multiple third parties both over the phone, via letter and via email, and will be suitable for a Credit controller with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to drive and have access to their own vehicle in order to access the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Colleting debts in a timely and effective manner
- Participating in projects
- Liaising and escalating to external debt agencies when required
- Negotiating repayment plans
- Finding commercially viable solutions for overdue invoices and payments
- Resolving outstanding invoice queries
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control
- Confident liaising with clients and third parties of all levels
- Able to understand client issues whilst putting together the best and most suitable plans to resolve debts
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Confident liaising with third parties both over the phone, via email and via letter
