We are currently working with an organisation based in Huthwaite to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a friendly and supportive team. Working in a team of 5 you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and allocating payments.
This is an exciting role for someone from a sales administration or finance administration background to expand on their knowledge and experience within an environment where you will be given the support and training needed to progress your career in finance.
This role currently offers hybrid working with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office, after training is completed.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Answering inbound calls to Credit Control and directing to the appropriate team/team member accordingly
- Investigate customer queries
- Banking, posting and allocating of payments to the customer accounts
- Setting customer credit limits and ensuring customers are trading within them
- Process new applications
This role offers some excellent exposure in finance administration for someone looking to get into this industry, exposure to dealing with customer accounts or processing sales invoices would be an advantage or experience of studying AAT. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration
