Credit Controller Permanent Based in Purfleet (hybrid working) £25,000 - £29,000 per annum plus bonus Ref: TA1152
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a growing and stable company in the Purfleet area on a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
- Chasing outstanding debtors by telephone, email and letters
- Send customer statements on a monthly basis
- Maintaining all notes on customer accounts
- Be the point of contact for all credit control issues for the ledger
- Attend meetings with large customers when required to discuss debt issues
- Attend Sales meetings when required to discuss customer debt issues
- Cash/BACS payment allocation to customer accounts
- Starting legal processes if debts are not paid within an agreed time
- Processing credit card payments
- Credit risk analysis and credit checks
- Ad hoc duties when required
Key requirements:
- Experience of working in a credit control position is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details in all tasks
