We are seeking a Payroll Manager with strong UK&I payroll experience to join this growing business and lead their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the payroll team.
- Review processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Handle complex payroll requirements.
- Use in-depth knowledge of payroll system to make changes.
- Oversee statutory payments.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
Skills required:
- High-volume payroll (3000+) experience.
- Able to manage a team of 5+.
- UK & ROI experience desirable.
- Strong track record of payroll management in a busy department.
