Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and firmware.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and firmware.
- Identifying and isolating potential hardware failures and software issues.
- Recognizing and analyzing technical problems and trends to provide effective solutions.
- Handling and processing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with the following qualities and qualifications:
- Native level fluency in French is essential
- Essential experience in technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide effective support.
- Knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
- Passion for technology and a proactive approach to learning.
- An IT qualification or diploma is advantageous.
