We are currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator to work for our client based in Haverhill. The role is a full-time position, working on a temporary to permanent basis and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience and the hours are working Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm and Friday: 7am - 2pm. Working over 44 hours in the week would grant 1.5x standard hourly rate as overtime.
Typical Duties would include:
- MIG and TIG welding between 0.9mm - 6mm thickness.
- able to clean your own work to a high standard.
- Ensuring all products are complete to a high quality.
- assisting the team to ensure production targets are met and on schedule.
- Ensure health and safety requirements of the company are always met.
The Successful Candidate:
- Eager to develop current and new skills.
- Experienced in working from 0.9 to 6mm gauge materials.
- Must have knowledge and experience in MIG Welding.
- TIG Welding experience (Desirable).
- Previous experience polishing metal
- Good understanding of health and safety.
