The school is a good school situated in Manchester which achieves great exam results year on year. They have a fantastic Senior Leadership and Pastoral Team and are currently hiring two Teaching Assistants ready for the new academic year.
Your new role
You will be working within the SEN department, both on a 1:1 basis with pupils as well as in groups. You will also help the teachers prepare for lessons and provide extra support where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, recent experience working with children within the last 2 years would be beneficial, for example, in an education setting or as a support worker. You will be supported in these roles by the school and your dedicated Hays consultant. SEN experience is desirable, but not essential.
