Job Title: Commercial Account Handler

Location: Paisley, hybrid working

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Experienced in Commercial or Corporate Insurance?

Here you'd be joining a smaller independent brokerage that prides itself on providing quality, cost-effective insurance backed by reliable and highly professional service.

What would you be doing?

  • Provide assistance and support to a number of Account Executives
  • Service a portfolio of Key Clients with dedication and a high standard of customer service
  • Handle general administration tasks including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries
  • Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

What will you need?

  • Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Insurance experience
  • Good understanding of the commercial insurance market
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Good communication skills, you're confident in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
  • Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills with insurers
