Junior IT Technician
Location: Wigan
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
My client is looking to recruit a self-motivated Junior IT Technician whose main responsibility will be to deliver excellent IT administration support.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1st line support
- Helpdesk Support (Printers, Laptops, Desktops)
- Create user accounts, manage permissions and passwords.
- Provide telephone and e-mail support to users.
- Referring any complex IT issues to the IT Manager.
Requirements:
- Basic Cloud Knowledge (Azure, Intune, Exchange)
- Hardware support (Printers, Laptops, Desktops)
- M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Windows)
