Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the recruitment strategy for our client's gas utilities business within Construction.
- Develop Employer Branding strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, shaping the talent acquisition strategy.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent, utilising various channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance the employer brand.
- Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimise processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and stay up-to-date with trends in talent acquisition.
- Champion a candidate-centric approach, delivering positive experiences for all applicants.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Talent acquisition experience, within construction.
- In-depth understanding of the construction/engineering industry, including regulatory environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform recruitment strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Some project management experience is desirable.
