About The Firm:

Your Role:
As a Client Relationship Administrator, you will provide crucial support to the sales team, managing cases with precision, ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients, lenders, and conveyancers regarding mortgage cases.
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Liaising with Mortgage Consultants and Line Managers to resolve queries.
- Embracing and contributing to the firm's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data.
- Managing case progress through to legal completion and beyond.
What They're Looking For:
- Qualifications: CeMAP preferred, with a requirement to obtain CeMAP within 12-18 months.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Financial Services Industry, preferably within lending or broking.
- Skills: Adaptability, teamwork, clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to exceeding customer standards.
