This is a temporary role to start asap and could lead to permanent for the right person to start asap

Salary:

£22000- £22350

Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who are Uk based. Due to huge growth plans our client is now looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team

As an Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the operations and facilities team with all round administrative tasks

Key duties will include the following:

  • To support the operations and facilities team with administrative tasks
  • To manage a specialist database including accurately maintaining, reviewing, and updating data.
  • managing our portfolio of premises including keeping and maintaining accurate records, reviewing, and updating information and records held in our filing system.
  • Arranging necessary routine maintenance and remedial works.
  • Assisting with the management of facilities
  • Assisting with the management of suppliers and contractors.
  • Processing rent invoices, dealing with discrepancies and queries.
  • Making and receiving telephone calls.
  • The ordering of goods and supplies
  • Processing post, reception duties and managing the meeting rooms.
  • Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation.
  • Handling of external or internal communications and assisting with incoming queries.
  • Other Ad hoc duties associated with the administrative function of the team.

The ideal Administrator will have / be

  • Good administration skills and experience
  • High levels of accuracy with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to deal with a wide range of people.
  • A flexible approach with an ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • A desire to succeed.
  • A good working knowledge of Excel
  • Will be available asap
