Infrastructure Architect - Manchester - £110,000
The Company:
Lorien are working in partnership with a UK wide managed services provider. As they continue their internal transformation of processes and product suite, we're looking for an experience Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join and work closely with the Chief Architect.
The Role:
Your core responsibility will be to aid the Chief Architect in delivering the Cloud Architecture strategy, aligning this with the company objectives of building a robust and successful cloud solutions product suite.
With wider responsibility spanning architecture design and deployment, cloud technology review and evaluation, risk management and technical leadership, you'll be a key member of the technical team. This is an opportunity to join a business backed with investment to become advance their position as a market leader.
The Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise cloud architecture across various platforms and vendors (VMWare, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Deep technical knowledge of various platforms, including on-premise infrastructure and microservices architecture
- Exceptional organisation and documentation skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and engage the wider technical teams to foster internal growth and progression
- Excellent communication
