Planning Coordinator
I am seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join one of my clients in Reigate as a Planning Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project schedules, ensuring timelines are met, managing communications, and supporting the smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate project timelines and appointments
- Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain and update project schedules and records
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project alignment
- Assist in resource planning and coordination
- Manage general office tasks related to project coordination (emails, calls, data entry)
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, team-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Must be comfortable with dogs, as there are 3 onsite
