IP Renewals Administrator - West Midlands

Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a leading law firm in the West Midlands, who are seeking a IP Renewals Administrator to join their established and fast-paced team on a full-time and permanent basis.

This role will entail various administrative duties relating to IP Renewals. Hybrid working is available within this role (a minimum of 2 days would be required in the office per week with the remainder working from home).

Please see below duties involved:

  • Generating correspondence to clients, responding to any renewal enquiries.
  • Monitoring and creating renewal deadlines.
  • Ensuring any fees are paid on time.
  • Producing invoices.
  • Calculating the cost of renewals and providing estimates.
  • Processing important instructions.

What experience is required? To be successful, you will need to have previous IP Renewals Administrator experience and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload. Our client is also open to considering candidates from a professional services background such as insurance, finance, or banking background, with strong administration experience.
