HR Business Partner

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping their workplace culture and ensuring our people processes align with values. This is a contract role for 12 months and offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support across our multi-site operations.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify and mitigate people risks.
  • Support the implementation of our people strategy.
  • Advise on disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in HR, particularly in managing complex employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
