- £31,000 salary
- 9am - 5.30am, Monday - Thursday
- 8am - 4.30pm on a Friday
- 20 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas (rising with service)
Job Description
- Confirm price, specifications, and delivery for each sales enquiry.
- Provide detailed price breakdowns for every enquiry.
- Reserve and order products and related items.
- Review order confirmations, addressing any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm order specifications.
- Review verbal order sheets for accuracy.
- Prepare handover documents for meetings.
- Update pricing information regularly.
- Inform sales team about new promotions and product models.
- Update the product delivery schedule as needed.
- Issue movement instructions for product transfers.
- Maintain and update the machine database.
- Resolve issues with suppliers, deliveries, or other challenges.
- Attend sales and engineering meetings as required.
Person Specification:
- Must be confident, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role required.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Perform well under pressure.
- Articulate, confident, and detail oriented.
