Robert Half are working with a market-leading organisation who is seeking a D365 Finance Lead on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of the implementation and support team responsible for delivering D365 solutions. You will collaborate closely with both global and local teams, including Operations and Business Services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in the Procure to Pay workstream, overseeing processes like purchase requisitions, expenses, and accounts payable.
- Lead system integrations in collaboration with the P2P business owner, documenting processes, and communicating key milestones to all stakeholders.
- Oversee data cleansing, migration, and validation efforts within the P2P workstream, focusing on vendor data, purchase orders, invoices, and cash applications.
- Collaborate with global process leads, operational teams, and shared service centre teams to ensure smooth integrations and migrations into D365F&O, utilising your knowledge of global processes specific to this workstream.
- Drive change management initiatives, transitioning from current to future processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, providing end-user training as required, including travel to operational facilities.
- Offer expert advice on the optimal use of Dynamics 365F&O functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O modules, diagnosing problems and determining root causes.
- Provide on-demand end-user application support, including troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation of issues as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the Procure to Pay workstream and expense processes.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O, Office Suite, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and processes and translate them into system functionality.
Salary will sit within a range of £70,000 - £80,000 plus a benefits package.
