Client Services Adviser

The Company:

Our Client has amassed a considerable client base in the offshore market, supported by an Administrative team in the UK. They have created multiple strategic alliances with specialist financial service providers. They are one of the leading financial advisory firms in Europe, who specialise in working with the expatriate community throughout the EEA and beyond.

They pride themselves in offering exceptional after sales support and administration. Through building long-term, sustained relationships, they are then referred by their clients to potential new clients to offer independent financial advice. They have a vacancy for an experienced financial adviser or client services adviser to join their team, working alongside other client services advisers. The role will be based at their office in Surrey. There is scope for career progression. Some knowledge of Wealthcraft would be advantageous.

The office is close to Farnham train station. There is also parking available.

Job description and responsibilities for the client services adviser:

  • Ideally Level 4 qualified and/ or Series 65 qualified although this is not essential
  • Servicing existing clients who are based overseas (some working hours may vary)
  • Preparation of new business and servicing application forms
  • Build relationships with clients and provide support for any new requirements
  • Assist clients with their pensions, investments and tax planning
  • Communicate with clients to provide a first-class client service
  • Liaise with the admin team so they can prepare and submit Dealing Instructions, to facilitate new investments and withdrawals
  • Liaise with the admin team so that LOAs and COAs can be submitted to providers and monitored until completion / information received
  • Adhere to the company's systems, policies, and procedures
  • Update and manage data within the company's CRM
  • Complete training to satisfy compliance requirements and improve personal knowledge

This is a full-time employed role for a client services adviser, with normal business hours Monday-Friday. Occasionally, slightly different hours may be required to deal with clients living abroad but these will be discussed in advance. There will be a base salary plus commission model.
