Juice Recruitment is working in partnership with an environmental specialist company, with the appointment of a Site Manager to join their team in Newport.
This is a site-based role, and travel between different sites may be necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals.
- Monitor site budgets, expenses, and resources.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing necessary support and guidance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Promptly address any concerns raised by team members or clients.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of site activities.
