Receptionist & Customer Support

This is an excellent temporary role for someone with strong customer service skills who will look after several floors of a building, ensuring recreational areas are tidy, refreshments are full stocked etc. Additionally if you would enjoy arranging small scale events there is this opportunity too. Based in lovely offices in the centre of Bath the role is for a minimum of 6 months but could possibly extend or become permanent. Commitment is needed and would not suit someone attending interviews. Your presence is essential for the full 6 months Mon to Fri. Excellent communication skills and presentation required along with an extremely friendly, helpful personality.

Job Profile

You will ensuring all clients are fully supported with use of meeting rooms, ensuring services are maintained etc whilst taking full responsibility for small scale events in the building and managing reception.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for checking the various floors are stocked, tidy and clients are supported
  • Making sure meeting rooms are ready when needed
  • You will be taking responsibility for any events taking place

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • No specific experience is needed however you need to be confident liaising with employees in the building. You will be reaching out to them via posters, social media etc to invite them to the events you have created.
  • A cheerful, helpful personality is essential and ability to work alone.
  • Happy to also work with the facilities aspect of the role. These roles are typically front of house based but there is no reception on this particular site.
  • Must be able to start by 26 July 2024 and commit to 6 months at least.
  • You must be happy wearing one article of clothing in pink. This is to identify you to clients.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 1 hour lunch.

Salary: £12 per hour
