Description
- Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead:
- Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable and order-to-cash process.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and cash collection.
- Monitor and analyse receivables and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash Lead should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a finance team within the FMCG industry. (a must)
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and order-to-cash processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
