The typical roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Technical - troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software issues.
  • Manage Helpdesk - ensure help desk tickets are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • User Management - administer applications for user accounts.
  • Web - assist customers with technical web-related queries.

We appreciate you will likely be at the very beginning of your Software Development career, so provided you're able to confidently demonstrate your interest in the subject, we'll be more focused on your passion for learning/development and natural fit with our core values, rather than being able to evidence a significant degree of pre-existing technical knowledge.
