We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a customer relations team on a temporary ongoing basis for a business based in Burton upon Trent.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring written and emailed feedback
- Assessing and investigating complaints
- Providing refunds where necessary
- Other general admin and data entry duties
Requirements:
- Previous office-based administration experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
