As a Training and Development Specialist, you will focus on coordinating training and maintaining a skills matrix for teams.
In your first few weeks in this Training & Development Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Develop and maintain a Skills Matrix for the department
- Provide technical expertise for future training needs
- Collate, manipulate and interpret data which will be used to inform skills gaps
- Plan, coordinate and control the activities for a large team to achieve efficient operation
- Undertake any other work as directed by your line manager in connection with your job as may be requested

- IT literacy & able to manage emails and connected comms input & manipulate data in EXCEL spreadsheets.
- Some knowledge of vehicles, vehicle workshops & their control and work management systems
- Technical expertise and experience in workshop and test facility operations
- Experience of training coordination or a similar role
