We are seeking a part-time Training Administrator to provide essential support to our Training team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, preferably with experience in education or the private sector. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for course bookings and will play a key role in the smooth operation of our training programs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for course bookings, managing delegate lists, and sending out invitations and joining instructions.
- Prepare and distribute training certificates and ensure accurate data entry onto our database.
- Set up Teams links for remote training sessions and manage participant access.
- Work closely with the Training & Development lead to coordinate training activities and materials.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the training department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Accurate data entry skills, particularly for preparing and recording certificates.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
