We are seeking a part-time Training Administrator to provide essential support to our Training team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, preferably with experience in education or the private sector. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for course bookings and will play a key role in the smooth operation of our training programs.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for course bookings, managing delegate lists, and sending out invitations and joining instructions.
  • Prepare and distribute training certificates and ensure accurate data entry onto our database.
  • Set up Teams links for remote training sessions and manage participant access.
  • Work closely with the Training & Development lead to coordinate training activities and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the training department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Accurate data entry skills, particularly for preparing and recording certificates.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
