Recruitment Administrator

CMA are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator within the HR team for our long term client in Chandlers Ford. This is a full-time permanent position on a hybrid basis. As an administrator you will be an integral part of the HR team and report directly into the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager. Your responsibility will be to support the wider Group HR Team. Supporting the recruitment process and colleagues by helping to deliver an excellent candidate journey, whilst responding to the hiring needs of the business.

What will the Recruitment Administrator role involve?

  • Develop a good working knowledge of the roles within our business and the demands on our roles to identify skills in candidates that match with our position vacancies, relaying a realistic picture of the business to all applicants.
  • Book all meetings with Hiring Managers & the Talent Advisors to plan and organise the recruitment timetable ensuring the client are in a competitive position
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Provide hiring managers and relevant stakeholders with appropriate information pre and post interview.
  • Create all new starter workflows, regularly reviewing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Share relevant documentation in a timely manner with the L&D, HR and Payroll departments ensuring all new starter processes are completed correctly and on time.

Suitable Candidate for the Recruitment Administrator vacancy:

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice principles and procedures
  • A positive, proactive approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate.
  • Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have the ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and communicate well over all platforms
  • Highly collaborative and always seeking to improve.
  • Strong planning and organising skills, diary management experience with good attention to detail
