Data Compliance Officer, a new full-time fixed-term post is now available working with an established learning center based in Wiltshire. Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher, this post offers full-time hours, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and is supported with an annual salary of £32,000 - £36,500 and a range of attractive employee benefits. Your key responsibility is to support senior leaders with all data assessment and reporting requirements, liaising with wider staff members to collect data information to collaborate reports.

This post requires a candidate who can demonstrate previous relevant experience within the educational sector, with excellent knowledge and understanding of GDPR Regulations (EU) and Compliance Standards. Although not exhaustive, several key objectives will fall within your remit and will include: the administration and organisation of external educational examinations, and vocational awards, meeting regulatory standards outlined by the professional awarding bodies, supporting senior leaders in the management, collation, and analysation of examination data.

As a Data Compliance Officer, you are responsible for the management and training of exam invigilators, ensuring adequate headcount is in place during examination periods. The need to create and maintain educational timetable processes, assigning students to curriculum structures issuing with correct timetable information is also a required task, therefore the ability to communicate at exceptional levels, with proficient working skills (MS Office) to include Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook is key to the success of this post.

Ideally, you will have a higher level of education, with a keen interest in the education sector and the ability to communicate with all levels of professional staff, professional bodies, students, parents, and guardians.
