Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of spouse visa applications, visa extensions, nationality applications, and other private immigration matters - A big focus on Sponsorship Licenses, as my client has a lot of work in this area
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Prepare clients and documents
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and communications with clients.
Requirements:
- Paralegal with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in private immigration.
- Proven ability to handle immigration cases from taking instructions to completing applications.
- Strong knowledge of immigration procedure rules and relevant laws.
- Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
