An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Procurement and Facilities Manager to join this leading business services group based in Harlow, Essex.

Description

  • Facility Management of three sites across the UK including managing the relationship with all suppliers and service providers
  • Vendor Management
  • Contract Management
  • Support development of procurement strategies across all categories
  • Budgeting and Cost control
  • Policy Development and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and manage the annual facilities budget.
  • Manage and oversee the facilities management team.
  • Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.

Profile

To be considered you should have:

  • A qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management or related would be advantageous
  • Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain) or IFMA (International Facility Management Association) are a plus
  • Experience of general procurement strategy
  • Knowledge of the auto sector would be advantageous
  • Be willing to work in Harlow 4-5 days per week (flex hours around core)
