Description
- Facility Management of three sites across the UK including managing the relationship with all suppliers and service providers
- Vendor Management
- Contract Management
- Support development of procurement strategies across all categories
- Budgeting and Cost control
- Policy Development and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget.
- Manage and oversee the facilities management team.
- Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.
Profile
To be considered you should have:
- A qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management or related would be advantageous
- Professional certification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply Chain) or IFMA (International Facility Management Association) are a plus
- Experience of general procurement strategy
- Knowledge of the auto sector would be advantageous
- Be willing to work in Harlow 4-5 days per week (flex hours around core)
