German customer care /tech support

This is a lovely BILINGUAL GERMAN/ENGLISH customer care role in which you will use your fluent GERMAN to support restaurant & hotel clients. The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week and you will be supporting restaurants across the DACH region with any help that they may need to set up training etc . This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need. TITLE : GERMAN Help Desk Customer Care
Office LOCATION: Hybrid role (3 days in the office. 2 days are wfh) .
Location Buckinghamshire
On site Car Parking Available
Language needed: German & English (fluent)
Salary : up to £30,000 (+ 10% bonus=£33,000) and 5 weeks holiday ( there are plenty of other excellent benefits including free carparking )

Paid overtime: Yes : there is the opportunity to boost earnings for overtime working weekends and bank holidays

COMPANY DETAILS Restaurants
SHIFTS : A nice , classic 37.5 hour week on a shift system
Shifts cover 7am-6.30 Monday -Friday on a rota system .
Occasional weekends shifts (all wfh) on a rota basis (1 week in 3). OVERTIME IS PAID
DUTIES : Join this happy international team that is often praised by customers. The team is very supportive of each other and you will get to know customers very well personally. You will need to have an interest and passion for customer care as well as fantastic language skills in order to liaise with clients across France .
This is a bilingual German/English role

  • Taking your time to provide customer support to clients in Europe
  • Daily use of German
  • Able to provide technical support on the phone and via email regarding retail hardware and software
  • Manage and coordinate all staff training enquiries
  • Dealing with food and other product queries
  • Provide support documentation to customers.
  • Logging and resolving any technical issues such as logging-on problems
  • Assisting with any new product enquiries
  • Helping to set up printers and laptops

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous customer care experience ( ideally in tech)

Able to install & connect printers to laptops
