Description
Duties will include:
- Collection of debt following the companies procedures, liaising with partners, stakeholders and external clients
- Working to achieve the companies cash collection targets
- Identifying client disputes and queries working alongside internal and external clients and escalating any issues to the relevant management
- Maintaining clear and concise notes on all records
- Working alongside and assisting partners in all areas of credit control
- Provide a high standard of customer service to adhere to companies procedures
- Monitor group inbox
- Assist with Ad hoc tasks when required
Profile
Successful candidate will possess:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive can do attitude
- Ability to build relationships with both clients and staff members
Job Offer
Salary up to £30,000 per annum + 25 days holiday (banks on top) + Work from home + Ongoing training and progression + pension + private health care scheme.
