- First point of contact for the HR inbox, offering practical HR solutions, following HR processes
- Delivering high levels of accuracy and customer service
- Excellent communication skills, in particular a good standard of written English is essential
- High levels of numeracy, with strong attention to detail
- The opportunity to use Workday HR system
- Dealing with HR and payroll queries
- Good administrative ability
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with good time management skills
