Maternity Cover, Full-Time - £26-28k

Optalis provides individualised care and support for elderly people and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and neurodiversity living in across Windsor and Maidenhead. The Head of Provider Services is ultimately responsible for all customers and staff at the twenty-four services that sit within the Royal Borough.

We are recruiting for a Regional Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Provider Services on a full-time basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced office administrator or personal assistant with a social care background looking for a new and exciting challenge. In addition to supporting the Head of Provider Service and their team of Registered Managers, you will be responsible for arranging meetings, managing schedules, and acting as a main contact for the RBWM side of Optalis. Other responsibilities will include - but are not limited to - record keeping, overseeing ordering of supplies, and supporting with recruitment.

Lady Elizabeth House in Boyn Hill, Maidenhead is the base for this role and there are expectations to work from other locations as required, such as Town Hall, Maidenhead and Trinity Court in Wokingham. This is a hybrid role, allowing for working from home for some of week.

Please note, this role is maternity cover for a maximum of 12 months.
