I'm recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator for my client based over in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Management: Oversee and facilitate supply chain operations, ensuring effective distribution of goods.
- Coordination: Coordinate personnel and processes to optimize logistics efficiency.
- Communication: Collaborate with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups.
- Cost Monitoring: Monitor shipment costs and productivity processes.
- Inventory Management: Review shipment materials before distribution.
- Negotiation: Negotiate rates with forwarders and carriers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Process internal stakeholder requests promptly and keep them informed of progress.
- Order Management: Handle orders from receipt through dispatch.
Ideally you will have/be:
- Experience: Ideally from a logistics/supply chain background with experience in road and air freight.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Salary of £35K-£37K (negotiable and dependant on experience)
