They are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their dynamic team based in Hook. The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve complex issues
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
