Job Summary:

My client is one of the UKs most pro-active Motorcycle Accessory Distributors responsible for promoting and distributing some of the industry's most innovative brands.

They are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their dynamic team based in Hook. The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 customer service representatives
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve complex issues
  • Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Liaise with other departments to support and implement growth strategies.
